As an Agent Experience Coordinator, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of our Compass offices.

You will oversee office management, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Compass office standards. You will support customers in understanding Compass, using our tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and more. As an AEC you are passionate about customers, delivering a world‑class experience, and partnering with the rest of the agent experience team when support is needed.

Please note: this role is 100% in‑office based in Winchester, MA (41 Thompson St).

At Compass You Will
  • Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests, managing mail distribution, facilitating in‑office event setup, and providing first‑line support for office‑related needs;
  • Maintain overall appearance and organization of the office, manage supply inventory, and elevate facilities issues;
  • Support the adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services by providing 1:1 support;
  • Provide basic marketing support by answering questions, creating collateral from templates, and liaising with marketing specialists for complex requests;
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to champion questions and feedback on behalf of agents;
  • Answer basic questions and troubleshoot issues related to technology/devices, conference‑room hardware, enterprise systems, etc.;
  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance as needed, such as sales‑meeting preparation, data entry, and office‑wide communications;
  • Be a culture carrier who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive and constructive approach to creating and implementing change.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations;
  • Previous experience in real estate (a plus);
  • Experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence, etc.) (a plus);
  • Excellent listening skills, connectivity with others, and empathy for customers’ pain points;
  • A passion for creating community within a space and encouraging in‑office interaction, bonding and engagement;
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, able to adapt and formulate solutions quickly;
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized;
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours;
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $22.00–$26.00 per hour; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
