This hands-on, multi-discipline role requires excellent organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Applicants should be positive, problem-solving team players overseeing subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications:- 12+ years of relevant experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time by effectively coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while meeting client needs.
- Knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, and related materials.
- Experience in scope development, providing take-offs, and related tasks.
