• 12+ years of relevant experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time by effectively coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while meeting client needs.
• Knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, drawings, and related materials.
• Experience in scope development, providing take-offs, and related tasks.
