We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in RESIDENTIAL remodeling/construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible, for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time.

Experience managing crew and subcontracted labor including assigning work, scheduling, and performance.

The ideal candidate:

· 10+ years experience in RESIDENTIALl remodeling/construction

· Eye for detail & quality control

· Facilitating daily operations, calculate and schedule materials needed

· Coordinate project schedule

· Ability to read project plans/construction documents, drawings, and related

· Computer savvy including MS Office

· Ensure Safety protocols

· Knowledge of best building practices.
