Registered Nurse, Respiratory Services (PRN)

Quipt Home Medical is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to practice respiratory care services.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Sets up all highly technical respiratory equipment including but not limited to: a) CPAP/BIPAP b) Noninvasive ventilator c) Other high-tech respiratory equipment as defined by scope of service at the location (e.g. Cough assist, negative pressure ventilation, IPPB, etc.)
• Help patients with aerosol therapy, oxygen and other home healthcare equipment
• Provide care and education accordingly
• Provides initial and ongoing phone contacts with all respiratory patients
• Provide in-home visits to patients
• Conducts patient assessment
• Maintains documentation of all services provided and all work performed
• Assumes on‑call responsibilities during non‑business hours

• Credentials as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must be licensed in KY and OH
• Valid driver’s license.
• Home respiratory care experience is preferred
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Access
• Excellent verbal skills
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to uphold the principles of compliance as outlined in the Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures.
