Overview

At Stirling Brandworks, we’re seeking a highly strategic Senior Account Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, challenge the status quo, and create work that matters. As a senior member of our client services team, you’ll own relationships with high-value accounts, leading integrated marketing and brand initiatives from strategy through execution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a collaborative partner to our internal teams—ensuring projects not only run smoothly, but also deliver meaningful results.

You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary lead for dedicated client accounts, cultivating long-term partnerships and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and oversee the strategic direction and execution of integrated campaigns across advertising, brand development, digital, and web projects.
  • Partner with senior agency leadership to co-create marketing strategies, campaign roadmaps, and annual plans that align with client business objectives.
  • Own project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction—ensuring work is delivered with polish, precision, and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and media teams to bring strategies to life and keep projects moving seamlessly from kickoff through completion.
  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and business reviews, demonstrating both strategic thinking and practical execution.
  • Support agency growth by identifying add-on opportunities within existing accounts and helping shape scopes, proposals, and pitches.
Who You Are
  • 4–6+ years of progressive experience in account management or client leadership within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering integrated marketing solutions.
  • A proactive leader and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in collaborating with senior stakeholders and comfortable presenting at an executive level.
  • Adept at balancing multiple high-priority projects while keeping both clients and teams aligned.
  • Passionate about the creative industry and fluent in the processes behind advertising, brand, and digital projects.
