Grill Line Cook Winchester Country ClubLooking to join a talented and forward-thinking culinary team in a private club setting? Look no further than the Winchester Country Club! Established in 1902, Winchester Country Club is a premier private country club located in Winchester, Massachusetts nestled in a vibrant suburban community just nine miles northwest of Boston. Today, Winchester Country Club remains one of the premier courses in the state featuring views of both the Mystic Lakes and the Boston skyline.
The facilities include a 25,000 square foot clubhouse with various food venues, locker facilities, Golf Shop, outside dining, Swimming pool, play areas, four tennis courts and three paddle tennis courts. The club also includes a year-round Sports Center fitness facility with massage rooms, locker rooms, exercise studio, game room, indoor golf hitting bays, putting area and two About Golf simulators.
Job Duties:
Cook and prep for functions.Fry foods, grill meats, and roast vegetables.Maintaining pars, standards and presentation of food.Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.Some lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling is usually required.Availability, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.Standard hours for the position are 1:00 p.m.

Proactive approach to everyday and punctuality is key.Handle consistency of duties with the ability to multitask.Proper hygiene is essential.Patient with an ability to stay positive in stressful situations.A respectful and collaborative environment is encouraged.A drive to learn and teach by sharing ideas and being open to new concepts.Must have 2-3 years experience working in a kitchen preparing food and comply with standard kitchen maintenance.High School diploma or equivalent is desirable; training from a culinary school will be an asset.Benefits:Competitive compensationFlexible work/life balanceEmployee Meals-
