Role Overview

Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality nursing care
- Providing leadership and support to team members
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards
- Promoting patient-centered approaches
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- One year of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months
- Current RN license in the state
- Valid BLS certification and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) based on patient population
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
