Job Description - Clinical Care Manager/Coordinator )
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinic Coordinator will carry out responsibilities which insure high quality, well-coordinated patient care in the clinic according to AMG Physician Services and Southern Tennessee Regional Health System’s mission. The Clinical Care Manager/Coordinator will work closely with the Market Manager and Sr. Director to insure that training, Meaningful Use and PQRS documentation, follow up activities related to patient care, and support staffing are optimized for efficient, compliant provision of high quality patient care.
Qualifications- College graduate
- Minimum of 12-months experience in a medical environment preferred.
- Current license in the State of Tennessee as a LPN.
