Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to apply their technical knowledge to improve manufacturing processes, enhance safety, and support production operations. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Support time studies, workflow analyses, and process mapping under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and waste reduction projects.

• Assist in designing and maintaining machine guarding and other safety improvements.

• Learn and assist with PLC-related projects in collaboration with controls teams.

• Help create and update standard work instructions and process documentation.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve basic manufacturing issues.

• Support data collection and analysis for continuous improvement activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, (or related field).
