Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Winchester, TN. This position involves providing specialized critical care to adult patients in a dynamic ICU setting. It requires a compassionate team-oriented professional prepared to handle advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and vasoactive support.
Job Details- Shift: Nights
- Schedule:
12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week - Required Qualifications:
Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee, ACLS, BLS, PALS, at least 2 years of ICU experience - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and cardiac support; minimum two years of ICU experience recommended - Responsibilities include managing adult patients, performing advanced monitoring, and supporting critical care needs
- Equipment used includes Baxter pumps, GE bedside monitors, and Arjo beds
- Unit comprises 10 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2
- Knowledge of Meditech electronic health record system is preferred
- Censuses dependent call requirements may apply
- Candidate must be a team player, compassionate, and an advocate for patients
