American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and Meditech EMR experience at a Level II trauma facility.

• Medical Surgical Combination unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Serves patients of all ages
• 44-bed unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Uses Meditech EMR
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required, totaling 24 weekend hours
• Floating required on an as-needed basis
• On-call required as needed, with a 30-60 minute arrival window if called in

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• AHA certifications required

• Level II trauma facility
• Provide Med/Surg nursing care across a diverse adult and pediatric patient population
• Professional demeanor expected
• Scrubs of any color permitted; no casual wear or hoodies allowed
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
