Senior Accounts Assistant

Position: Senior Accounts Assistant (Permanent)
CMA Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation based in Alresford, Hampshire, on a part-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual that will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a welcoming environment.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

End to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to track variances and recommend corrective actions
Assisting with the preparation of the payroll
Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

End-to-end purchase ledger and sales ledger experience
Available to work in a small finance team and occasionally in a stand alone capacity
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
