Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Edinburgh law firm to recruit this excellent opportunity on a permanent basis.

This is a diverse and comprehensive role within a busy Commercial Property team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal administration career in a modern, professional and rewarding environment.

Duties involved in this role will include:

* Client on-boarding assistance

* File administration and the maintenance of accurate, well-organised records

* Document formatting

* Assisting with client and project reporting

* Financial hygiene administration assistance

* Meeting organisation and travel arrangement assistance

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

* Previous experience in a similar legal administration role is ESSENTIAL

* Knowledge and understanding of commercial property transactions

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* A highly motivated and proactive approach

* Previous experience with AML checks is desirable
