Package Description
Shift details: 7:30am–20:00pm / 08:00am–14:00pm / 14:00pm–20:00pm
Job Responsibilities- Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirect calls to relevant staff and record messages accordingly.
- Complete reception‑related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
- Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers.
- Positive, friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Previous experience with problem‑solving and handling client complaints.
- ADB Disclosure check – cost met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
