This is the perfect role for someone eager to learn and contribute to the daily operations of a busy office.
Key Responsibilities As the Office Support, you will:
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and direct inquiries appropriately. Welcome visitors warmly and assist with reception duties when needed. Maintain both paper and electronic documents accurately through filing and organisation. Input data into company systems and spreadsheets, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Scan, copy, print, and distribute documents efficiently. Assist in preparing correspondence and reports as required. Organise and update office records and databases to keep everything running smoothly.
Support engineers and office staff with daily administrative tasks. Perform additional general office duties as required. What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Possesses a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills. Is familiar with basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Can manage their workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Exhibits good literacy and numeracy skills. Is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Why Join Us?
