A well-established agricultural business with a strong reputation within the industry, this organisation provides a wide range of services and solutions to support farmers and agricultural customers.

• Working in the Service Team to manage and book services and maintain maintenance schedules as well as assist on warranty claims and processes.
• Answering and responding to calls and messages on Depot
• Overseeing the telematics systems to maintain service schedules
• Work with managers and team members across both the accounts and service teams. Including working with Service Managers on claims and unresolved issues
• Process warranty inputs and claims and administer extended warranties where appropriate
• Generating weekly and monthly reports
• Assist with administration duties such as clock cards and holiday requests

• Experience with in Administration (preferably within a Service or Maintenance Background)
• Ideally Automotive / HGV / Plant / Agricultural background - however all Service Experience Considered
• Agricultural Industry awareness - some basic knowledge of the Farming and Agricultural world. (Types of machinery and their uses / prominent brands etc)

• Driving Licence
