We are currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop and showroom, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the dealership's aftersales department.

- Accurately record customer service requirements and communicate effectively with the workshop team
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs or servicing
- Provide transparent updates and explanations regarding work undertaken
- Cost additional repairs or work recommended by technicians and gain customer approval before proceeding
- Prepare and present accurate invoices, including recommended service plans and warranties
- Upsell service products, warranties, and maintenance packages to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident in upselling and suggesting additional products
- IT literate, preferably with familiarity with systems such as CDK Drive or Kerridge
- Well-organised with strong time-management skills as the Service Advisor
- Full UK driving license, ideally with a clean record
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
- Previous experience within franchised dealerships is preferred
