An excellent opportunity for Quantity Surveyors at Assistant, Intermediate, Senior or Associate level to join a growing building consultancy in Winchester. • Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Supporting or leading projects from feasibility through to final account.
• Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and tender documentation.
• Advising clients on procurement routes and contract strategy.
• Administering contracts and managing commercial risk.
• Producing accurate reports and recommendations for clients.
• Supporting junior team members as you progress.

• Consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.
• Working toward or holding a relevant professional qualification (MRICS desirable).
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach.
• Organised, proactive and keen to develop within a consultancy environment.
• Ability to manage workload appropriate to your experience level.
