The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects while receiving tailored APC support and training.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor– Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost planning, estimating, and tender preparation
- Support the procurement process and evaluation of contractor bids
- Assist in contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
- Help with valuations, variations, and financial reporting
- Attend site visits and project meetings
- Work closely with senior surveyors and project managers across all stages of the project
- A degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Some placement or internship experience within a consultancy is desirable
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Eagerness to learn and progress professionally
- Interest in working towards MRICS chartership
- Salary between £28,000 – £32,000
- Full APC training and structured development plan
