A multidisciplinary national construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Winchester office.
Role OverviewThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a range of projects, including healthcare, residential, and education, with a focus on healthcare.
They will run projects from inception to completion and delegate pre‑ and post‑contract work to junior quantity surveyors.
Qualifications- MRICS is preferred
- Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Enjoys working across a diverse range of projects
- Pre- and post‑contract experience
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Experience managing projects from pre- to post-contract
- £65,000 - £75,000 salary
- Strong pipeline of work
