Customer Service Advisor (Temporary Role)

Pay Rate- £12.80- £13.50 per hour

Are you a people person who loves solving problems and making a difference? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor who can bring professionalism, empathy, and a can‑do attitude to the busy Customer Service Team. You'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that helps residents, visitors, and businesses get the support they need.

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, online, and face-to-face in our reception.
• Handle a variety of enquiries, from simple questions to more complex issues, and make sure every customer leaves with a clear answer.
• Keep records accurate and up to date using the customer information systems.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver joined‑up solutions.
• Support new team members and share your knowledge.

• You’ll be available immediately as this is a temporary role that will start ASAP.
