Hampshire Cultural Trust invites you to join the Santa's Grotto team at The Great Hall, Winchester, as a Freelance Elf for the 2026 season. You will greet guests, support craft activities and help ensure every family experiences a magical moment with Santa.
Shifts are fixed across 103 hours between 19 November and 23 December 2026, with induction on 19 November. The role emphasises outstanding customer service, energy, and ability to engage children and families in a festive grotto setting.
