Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly capable Service Administrator to join a reputable independent car garage group in Guildford. The Service Administrator will be the primary point of contact for customer service and administrative functions within the service department.

Managing customer service appointments and enquiries efficiently Handling service administrative tasks and updating IT systems such as ECP or Autoworks Communicating with customers over the phone and face-to-face Organising workshop bookings and parts ordering Ensuring effective communication between customers and the workshop team Supporting the service department with broad administrative duties Maintaining high levels of customer care and satisfaction Requirements of the Service Administrator:
