Hours:
1 day per week – Saturday, 7:45am–4:30pm
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 per annum (FTE), depending on experience
M Dental are currently assisting a well-established dental practice in Winchester, Hampshire, with the recruitment of a Dental Nurse to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse looking for a regular part-time position within a supportive practice offering opportunities for professional development and progression.
About the Role
As a Dental Nurse, you will support the clinical team and help provide a high standard of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
* Supporting patients throughout their treatment
* Preparing surgeries and ensuring they are fully equipped
* Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
* Maintaining dental equipment and surgery areas
* Following infection control procedures and CQC requirements
* Assisting with general practice procedures
* Occasional reception and administrative duties
The practice provides general dentistry alongside Orthodontics and Implants, offering a varied and interesting working environment.
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Have at least 1 year of Dental Nursing experience
* Be GDC registered
* Hold a valid DBS
* Have a professional and caring approach to patient care
* Be reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Have Dentally experience (preferred but not essential)
