A permanent opportunity is available for an ARB registered Architect to join a practice in Winchester delivering bespoke private residential projects. The role suits someone with at least three years of post-qualification experience, strong technical knowledge and UK project experience. You will work across all RIBA stages on new-build homes, sensitive refurbishments and extensions, contributing to design development, planning submissions, construction information and project delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
* Prepare drawings, specifications and construction packages
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders
* Support planning applications and technical submissions
* Attend site meetings and inspections
You will manage your workload independently while contributing to multidisciplinary project teams. The position includes client communication, technical coordination and responsibility for maintaining design intent during construction.
Skills & Experience Required
* ARB registered Architect
* At least three years’ post-qualification experience
* UK residential project experience
* Strong construction detailing ability
* Knowledge of UK building regulations
You will need a good understanding of planning processes, construction methods and coordinated project delivery. ArchiCAD experience would be beneficial, although training may be available, alongside an interest in bespoke, traditional or contextual architecture.

* Up to £42,000
