I’m working with a world-renowned architectural practice looking for an Architectural Technician to join their Winchester studio.

The practice works across bespoke private residential, historic and listed buildings, conservation, residential developments and master planning, with a strong focus on traditional and classical architecture.

This is a technically focused role, ideal for a Technician with 3+ years’ experience and a strong understanding of construction detailing and technical delivery.

You’ll ideally have:

3+ years’ experience in architectural practice
Strong technical and construction detailing experience
Experience across multiple RIBA stages
Good knowledge of UK building regulations
Residential experience, ideally high-end or bespoke
Strong coordination and communication skills
ArchiCAD experience is advantageous but not essential
