About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join our growing UK Landscape Architecture practice. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality landscape and public realm projects across RIBA Work Stages 16
, working closely with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, BIM Coordinators, and external consultants.

You will play a key role in developing BIM models, producing coordinated drawing packages, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the design and construction process. This role is ideal for someone with strong Autodesk Revit skills, a good understanding of UK construction standards, and experience delivering projects within a BIM environment.

Key Responsibilities

RIBA Stage 1 Preparation & Brief

• Assist in preparing project BIM models and templates.
• Set up Revit files in accordance with company BIM standards.
• Support site analysis drawings and existing condition models.
• Coordinate survey information and base drawings.

RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design

• Develop concept landscape models in Revit.
