The role focuses on bespoke private residential design, with involvement across all RIBA stages, detailed design, planning submissions, and construction documentation. Your Experience

• Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects
• Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, building regulations, and construction methodologies
• Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types
• Competent in ArchiCAD, or willingness to learn through structured training
• Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects
