We’re working with a Winchester-based practice seeking an Architectural Technician to join their technical team, delivering high-performance data centre projects. This is a chance to work on complex commercial projects with career progression and hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work on data centre and commercial projects with a focus on BIM and technical coordination
- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Assist with project management tasks and manage project teams
- Opportunities for international travel
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in relevant sectors across all project stages
- Strong design and technical skills, Revit proficiency (Revit test at interview)
- Understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting/construction processes
- Confident communicator, team player, organised, proactive
