Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a secondary school in Winchester with a dedicated SEN Provision. The school offers a supportive and structured environment for students with a range of additional needs, providing targeted interventions and personalised learning support.

We are looking for a Learning Support Practitioner who can make a positive impact on students' academic progress, confidence and wellbeing.

• Caring and consistent approach to behaviour support

• Strong attendance and good work ethic
• Previous experience supporting young people or SEN is desirable

• Ongoing support from our experienced team
