Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in primary SEN schools across Winchester
. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children with special educational needs and make a real difference in their early education.
Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum
Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Competitive pay of £13.75 per hour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
