We are seeking someone to build positive, trusting relationships with children and bring empathy, patience and enthusiasm to their work. The candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Has high expectations for all our pupils
- Is an outstanding primary practitioner
- Has experience of Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 teaching
- Is excited about the opportunity to work in an all-through school
- Has a real interest in and knowledge of how young children learn
- Has a strong commitment to supporting all children and young people in learning to read, and reading to learn
- Is passionate about outstanding teaching and learning and keen to develop professionally
- Has excellent communication skills and a calm positive approach
- Is an enthusiastic and committed team player
