University Of Winchester is seeking a Schools and Colleges Development Coordinator (Pre-16) to lead pre‑16 engagement and build a future student pipeline through outreach, partnerships and aspiration-raising activities with young people in Years 7–11.
The role supports the Access and Participation Plan by raising attainment and progression into higher education, working with schools and external partners to ensure diverse young people consider higher education as a viable option.
