Winchester College is offering four undergraduate Sports Coaching students the chance to gain applied experience in a school-based coaching environment. The role supports session planning, delivery, and evaluation across the games programme, with progression to lead groups under supervision.
Placement develops understanding of long-term player development and the balance between participation and performance in a school setting, with collaboration across coaching, teaching and pastoral teams.
