Peter Symonds is a vibrant sixth form college in Winchester which has been rated by Ofsted as ‘outstanding’ in every respect. We have a large team of committed and talented staff who are at the heart of the success of the College.

We seek a Head of Admissions & Marketing to plan and lead delivery of the College marketing, public relations and admissions strategies. Managing a team of staff and working closely with contacts within and outside the College, your duties will include designing the marketing strategy, organising events, managing the admissions processes, ensuring positive marketing communication and promoting the College to external stakeholders.

You will have experience in marketing or admissions, including designing, implementing and evaluating effective communication strategies. Ideally you will be qualified in marketing/PR and a member of CIPR or CIM. Experience in education would also be an advantage. You will have excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic and positive personality and experience of both interviewing and of supervising others.

This is a great opportunity in a key role within the College, with scope for the right candidate to devise and implement a new strategic direction. You will be supported by a skilled and dedicated team who will work with you for the benefit of current and future students of the College.
