Our team of Faculty Administrators acts as an interface in pastoral matters between the staff in each of ourfaculties and the students, their parents and carers. You will undertake arange ofadministrativeduties andwillprovide frontlinesupport andadvicetoparentson the telephone and by email. You will deal with some complex and potentially emotionally demanding issues and must have the resilience and sensitivity to manage the needs of all parties.

There are some very busy times, so you will need to be able to work well under pressure, remaining professional while prioritising appropriately. Proficiency in ITpackages is essential and experience working with 16 – 19 year olds is highly desirable.

Our staff are at the heart of what we do at the College, we are proudly anti-racist and our motto is ‘Counting in ones’ which applies to staff as well as the students. We offer special leave for various special occasions, On-site staff Well Being sessions with the Lead College Counsellor , staff-run groups, staff choir, Monday night football, regular staff forums, an inclusive, supportive and kind culture, no expectations to answer emails out of hours (with an automated message to alert the sender), lunch provided at all lunchtime meetings, ‘5 days of Christmas’ treats, end of term meals and activities and bike and computer loans to name but a few of our initiatives.

Our staff undertake regular safeguarding and Prevent training and are subject to ongoing safeguarding scrutiny.
