I'm currently working with a highly regarded independent planning consultancy based in Winchester that is looking to hire a Graduate Planner to join their close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at graduate level or with up to 6 months' experience who is looking to build their career within a supportive consultancy environment where training, development, and work/life balance are genuinely valued.

The Role
The business is looking for:

· A Planning graduate (RTPI-accredited degree preferred)

· Someone with up to 6 months' professional experience

· Ideally some exposure to consultancy work

· A motivated individual they can train and develop long term
This is a full-time position with an expectation of 4 days per week in the Winchester office.

Additional Information

· Salary: £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience

· Ideally candidates will already hold a Master's qualification, although the company may support part-time study alongside work

· Relocation candidates are less preferred unless they already have friends/family/connections in the area due to the team's independent lifestyle culture
