Youll join a growing business with an established presence across the South of England, working on a varied portfolio of

civil engineering, groundworks and infrastructure projects .

Youll take ownership of tenders from initial review through to submission, using your commercial and technical knowledge to produce accurate, competitive bids and help secure new work.

Lead the estimating process

from tender review through to submission.
Prepare accurate estimates, cost plans and detailed tender returns.
Review

drawings, specifications, scopes and contract documentation .
Obtain, assess and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Identify

commercial risks, opportunities and value engineering options .
Work closely with the pre-construction, commercial and operational teams.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

Youll be joining an established civil engineering and contracting business based near

Winchester , delivering projects across the South of England.
