Position: Physical Therapist IN

  • Manual Therapy Proficiency: Skilled in hands‑on techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Ability to perform thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Exercise Prescription: Experience designing and progressing therapeutic exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Ability to educate, motivate, and connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong clinical reasoning skills to adjust treatments based on patient progress.
  • Time Management & Organization: Efficiently manage a caseload while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with physicians and other providers.
