Sales Representative, Trauma - South West

We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Representative to join our Trauma division in the South West region. In this role you will play a significant part in helping customers improve patient care by promoting our medical technology products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing business in key Trauma accounts.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the defined territory.
  • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in the NHS, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff and cover cases in operating theatres.
  • Audit theatre and hospital stock, manage consignment levels and ensure effective asset management and stock rotation.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience and consistently grow your territory.

Qualifications
  • Either proven sales or clinical experience.
  • Training in a medical, scientific or technical career, or a degree in sciences/economics (ideal).
  • Intrinsic motivation and a self‑starter focus on delivering results.

  • Tenacity and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
