Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on candidate sourcing and engagement. This is perfect for someone chatty, organised, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support our recruitment team by building talent pipelines, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.

• Source candidates via job boards, Linked In, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Engage with candidates over the phone, video, and email to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for Consultant review.
• Write and post job adverts to attract high-quality applicants.
• Coordinate candidate communication, interviews, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM system.
• Format CVs and prepare candidate packs for client submissions.
• Keep up to date with talent market trends and candidate availability.

• Friendly, confident, and chatty with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused.
• Professional telephone manner and confident interviewing/screening skills.
• IT literate, with experience using recruitment systems, job boards, and Linked In.
