As a Quality Engineer with expertise in Automation, you will streamline testing processes through automation, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. You will create and maintain automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications, build optimized test scenarios, and manage test data and environment-related automation. This role requires understanding and integrating testing automation into overall delivery automation, aligning with contemporary trends like Agile, Dev Ops, and Containers.

• Build automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Katalon, Cucumber, etc.
• Design and create test data and test environments
• Write and execute test scripts under the direction of a senior tester and test lead, identify errors and validate successes for any software solution
• Identify, understand, and document all programming errors and operational characteristics inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications
• Perform deep-dive analysis and present test results to clients and project teams clearly

Bachelor's Degree

• Experience writing test automation scripts
• Model office testing, end-to-end testing, UAT testing, business testing experience
• Experience with automation builds for testing IT systems and applications
• Highly experienced in multiple test automation tools and technologies, building and maintaining automation solutions across testing levels
• Understanding of testing requirements, building optimized test scenarios, developing automation, executing testing and achieving outcomes
• Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, Containers and ability to integrate testing automation into delivery automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement test automation best practices
• Design test cases: create and maintain test plans, cases and scripts based on software requirements
• Execute testing: perform manual and automated tests to identify bugs, defects or issues
• Document defects: log, track and report defects using issue-tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with developers
• Validate fixes: re-test software after bug fixes to verify successful resolution and ensure no regression
• Ensure quality: ensure the software meets quality standards and functional requirements before release
