Winchester/Hybrid/Remote - 37.5 hours per week
Job SummaryXperate is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Solutions Consultant to join our global team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with law firms to deliver cutting-edge legal technology solutions and work closely with our development team to create custom-built software and seamless integrations tailored to client needs. Key Responsiblities- Client Engagement & Consultation:
- Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business needs and technical requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke development
- Solution Design & Specification:
- Scope and document custom software development requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Software Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of legal technology solutions, including configuration, integration, and testing
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Training & Support:
- Deliver tailored end-user training sessions and create supporting documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing solution optimisation
- Stay current with legal tech trends and emerging technologies
- Liaise with the global Xperate team, where required

Skills:
Ability to interact positively with colleagues and clients
- Experience with legal practice management and/or document management software (e.g., Actionstep, Clio, Practice Evolve, Affinity, Unity)
- Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations
- 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist or similar role, ideally within the legal or legal tech sector
- Experience in legal technology and law firms
- Generous salary exceeding the industry standard
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holidays in the first year; unlimited leave is possible on 1st anniversary of start date
- Quarterly Bonus: A quarterly bonus based on individual targets being achieved
