ERP Project Manager

• Delivered multiple full-cycle ERP implementations
• Experience with in manufacturing, distribution or product-based businesses
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills
• A track record of leading third‑party implementation partners
• Experience delivering business transformation programmes, not just IT projects
• Hands‑on experience across data migration, testing and go‑live activities
• Previous SYSPRO implementation experience is desirable
• Experience delivering ERP programmes across UK and international operations is desirable

• Lead a full end‑to‑end ERP implementation programme
• Own governance, project planning, reporting and programme controls
• Manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings
• Hold implementation partners and third‑party vendors accountable
  
  Coordinate business and technical work streams
• Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and go‑live
• Drive business readiness, user adoption and organisational change
• Manage risks, issues and programme dependencies throughout delivery

We are a growing business embarking on a business‑critical ERP transformation. This is a 12‑month contract role based in Hampshire with 3‑4 days per week on‑site, operating outside IR35. We are offering the opportunity to lead a high‑profile transformation programme from mobilisation through post‑go‑live, working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders and our implementation partner to make a lasting impact on the business.
