Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support to our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring optimal operation of IT systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise or develop your technical expertise in a dynamic environment, supporting end-users across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to user requests for technical assistance via help desk tickets or direct communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, operating systems and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately
