Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Cleaner to support daily cleaning operations at the Mars Petcare site in Castle Cary.

Mars Petcare is a global leader in pet nutrition and care, producing well-known pet food brands and supporting pet health and wellbeing worldwide. This role supports a professional corporate office environment within a major manufacturing site.

You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors.

• Clean and maintain a two-storey office environment
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and canteen areas to high hygiene standards
• Clean corridors, reception areas, and communal spaces
• Ensure washrooms and welfare areas remain hygienic and fully stocked
• Follow cleaning schedules and site procedures to maintain standards
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and in accordance with COSHH guidance
• Support a safe and hygienic environment by following sanitation procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• Previous professional cleaning experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable and professional approach
• Understanding of hygiene and safe working practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
