Vita Multi Academy Trust in New Alresford is seeking a proactive Estates Assistant to maintain and repair the school sites at Perins and Sun Hill Junior School. You will work as part of a small team, carrying out painting, fencing, grounds work, and basic carpentry, with the occasional weekend shift.
Shifts rotate across early, day, and late patterns with a shift allowance. The role requires hands-on problem solving, independent task prioritisation, and commitment to health and safety standards
