Winchester House School are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Assistant to support the Head of Maintenance in ensuring our school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well maintained.

This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work across the estate. You’ll help ensure lessons and school activities run smoothly by keeping facilities in good repair and assisting with maintenance, repairs, and operational support. You will be working Work as part of a supportive and friendly Estates team
