GFSL is recruiting a General Supervisor for HMP Winchester. You will lead a multi-trade facilities maintenance team to keep a secure, well‑maintained environment for inmates and staff.
The role requires coordinating plumbers, electricians, carpenters, cleaners, and administrators with a strong safety culture. Holidays are 25 days plus Bank Holidays; benefits include private GP, employee assistance, and other rewards.
